Episode 3
- Charmaine asks Power to become a part-time CEO for the restaurant.
- Power makes efforts to improve the restaurant. But it makes it harder for the workers there.
- Teresa receives a delivery order but she has to deliver it to somewhere dangerous...
- Benz hires Dayo to become a minor consultant.
- Funny scene: Power and Mandy goes to a pub to try to please a manager of a big company (which happens to be Benz). Coincidentally, Benz brings Dayo along. Dayo sees the both of them there.
Dayo: (T0 Power) Wow, you come to such a place for fun? I'm going to tell your wife about it. (To Mandy) You have come too? I'm going to tell your husband about it. (To Power) Oh, both of you have come! I'm going to tell your father about it!
(His acting just makes it so much funnier!)
Benz's company decides to buy Charmaine's dad's restaurant for HK$4 millilon. Power and Mandy quickly agreed.
- Jason was not too happy to hear the news.
Episode 4
- Everyone decided to not sell the restaurant. They also removed Power as the CEO, and replaced him with Teresa.
- They underwent a renovation and the restaurant did better than before.
- Benz's father is rushing Dayo to buy the old buildings so that they can rebuild.
- Dayo wants to buy Chai Kei (the restaurant) and all the other neighbouring restaurants again. They did not want to sell it.
- Dayo's company (Wu Shi Enterprises Group) held a meeting to discuss about the acquisition. All of them (the owner and workers of the restaurants) worked hard in preparing for the meeting. In the end, Benz's dad adjourned the meeting and wanted to think thoroughly before buying the shops.
- Charmaine asks Dayo for help to teach her how to expand Chai Kei's business.
- Dayo teaches Charmaine how to be a 'dirty businessman'.
- The other 2 restaurants have sold their restaurant to Dayo.
- Benz has a crush on Charmaine.
Charmaine looks like her character in The Drive of Life in episode 4..

Episode summaries - You're Hired Ep 1-2
Episode 1
- Dayo comes back from NY to HK.
- Benz Hui lost his hotel.
- Dayo helps Benz recover the hotel
- Charmaine meets Benz and asks him to help her pay her things through credit card first. Dayo discourages Benz to do so. But in order for Benz to help Charmaine pay, Charmaine has to allow Benz to hug her xD (But Benz was only grasping her shoulders and hips o.O)
- Benz's dad offers Dayo a VIP suite. Dayo was actually a famous business tycoon (In this scene, Dayo plays 'Moonlight Sonata' on piano!).
- Power and Mandy comes back for dinner. When Mandy opened Charmaine's wardrobe, all her bags fell down (Char reminds me of Rebecca Bloomwood)
- Dayo has found Teresa and her family. Teresa sells round cakes. Coincidentally, Charmaine was also there to collect Teresa's debt. Charmaine thought Dayo was Teresa's husband and blames him for treating her badly. Dayo borrows money from Charmaine's company.
Episode 2
- Charmaine finds a house for Dayo through Mandy.
- Dayo finds a job for Teresa at Jason's restaurant.
- Charmaine misunderstood Dayo for Teresa's husband. Teresa then explains that Dayo was actually her real husband's partner. After her husband died, Dayo supported her and gave her a huge sum of money. So she came back to HK. But her mother-in-law got cheated, so she lost all her money.
- Charmaine finds a job for Dayo so that he can pay back the money he owed Charmaine. But Dayo scared the job hunter away.
- Mandy introduces Charmaine to a handsome client. Charmaine then meets someone who has owed her company money (they couldn't locate him at first). So she chases him for money. Mandy's client is afraid of Charmaine and he runs away. In the end, she failed to chase the guy for money. Dayo and Charmaine also had a near-fatal accident and Charmaine's handbag was damaged.
- There have been less customers in Jason's restaurant so they found out that it was caused by another restaurant. Dayo introduced an effective way for the other restaurant to gain customers to get back at Charmaine. But Teresa helps Jason's restaurant to improve.
- Dayo escapes temporarily from paying back his money by asking Charmaine's 'brothers' to trade stocks.

Coffee Confidential Episode 8
Just like I said, I'm writing something about this episode!
In this episode, Moses goes to Piacenza (Italy), Copenhagen (Denmark), Taipei (Taiwan) and Nairobi (Kenya). It's so cool, he gets to go to different foreign countries!
ITALY
1. Luigi Lupi, famous world barista for Latte Art

Quick facts
- When you're doing Latte Art, the milk's tempature must be at least 60-70 degrees Celcius.
- It might look easy, but it's not.

1. Troels Overdal Poulsen, winner of World Barista Championship 2005.
2. Cooling down the roasted coffee beans
3. Moses telling audience to hear the sound of the coffee beans.
1. Columbian, Brazilian and Kenyan coffee beans.
2. Moses tasting the coffee and trying to identify the 3 coffees.

Quick facts (refer to the * picture)
- You can taste 3 different tastes from the first coffee. 3 layers - sweet potato, espresso and milk foam.
- The Pomodoro (2nd coffee) is made of tomatoes and coffee. Firstly, he peels of the skin and takes out the seed from the tomato. Then he puts the tomato in the freezer to freeze it. Then he pours hot coffee on top of it.
- Third coffee - 'Grappa' (Italian-made wine), coffee, a slice of lime, sugar. You can taste the sourness of the lime's, 'sweetness' of the sugar, bitterness of the coffee and the fragrance of the wine. It's like a war going on in your mouth. According to Yun, this coffee has the most unique taste.
1. Izuru Mikami (三上出), Japanese coffee championship judge

Changing name; TGOL - Episode 37
Sorry.. but I've decided to change display name (around the Internet) to Blossom.
Why? This is quite personal.
When? Starting from now.
So when I post on your cbox, you won't see 'carmen' anymore.. you'll see 'Blossom' instead.
But I'm still the same 'ol cranky Carmen!
The lady in yellow was talking on the phone about her daughter getting pregnant (still a virgin).
"I am satisfied because I can still see you now and hear you call me mom."
(Basically, she approves of TC's relationship)
"I want to win, I must win!"
Philip and his 3 wives in ONE night.
"I have nothing hidden from you."
"The problem is not with me, it's with you."
Why? This is quite personal.

So sorry for the late update! Busy catching up with homework, as usual.
